Calories are but a number. They have no meaning. The meaning the possess are the ones you are supplying them with. People arnt all stick thin, and wether you are or not shouldnt make the difference of how others precieve you. Take pride in your body, you are well worth it.
I used to have this same problem. Being overweight meant pressure from parents, friends and basically everyone around you to become thin. I used to count calories and end up eating half the daily amount of food I ate. I did get thinner, but I couldn't see it for myself. I hated myself because even after all the effort, I wasn't yielding a result. After that, I remember hearing someone say love your body and I did exactly that. Stop obsessing over calories, it's a waste of time. Enjoy yourself and LOVE YOUR BODY.
If you are already following a proper diet then you need not worry about calories. People often categorize calories as a negative, but do you know that your body needs certain amount of calories too :)
Try to think of calories like energy instead of fat, you need energy to do everything in life and without it you can not live a full and happy life.
Stop looking at calories on things you eat. They aren't important- the only thing that is important is your health.
Here are a few things that helped me stop worrying about how many calories I ate: 1) I got rid of anything that tracks or counts calories (for me it was a calorie counting app) 2) I talked to my friends and family about the problem, and they instantly made me feel better 3) I realized that everyone is beautiful in their own ways, and that a small thing like calories doesn't change that! Hopefully this helps. You are perfect no matter what!
Feeling bad about your body is a tough thing to deal with, but it's something you can control. You can work you. You can eat better. Working out is a great way to help boot self esteem and just overall feel great. It's hard to start, but once it's over you'll feel amazing.
I used to obsess over calories at one point in my life when I was barely even 13, but the point is that you should learn to love your body no matter your size and if your obese or overweight just eat healthily and exercise. DON'T OVER DO IT.
