I do smoke here and there, and recently noticed I don’t eat much or barely in the mood to even look for anything. Any answers why?

So smoking can reduce your appetite and not feel like eating, try to stop smoking completely and see if this makes any difference in your appetite. Also try make your self eat at least once a day even if small amount, eating little amount is better than nothing at all. This will help regulate your sugar levels and give you energy for the day. Also maintains your hunger and may get your feelings of hunger to reappear, if you don’t eat your body gets used to not feeling hungry or eating, this will not help you feel like eating and can cause you to feel faint or fatigued due too no food intake to fuel your body
