Do I have an eating disorder? I eat less than half of what I used to, usually only one small healthy meal a day, I'm obsessed with losing weight and I'm told by others that I'm already skinny.

While I can't offer a medical diagnosis, I can listen. It seems like these thoughts of losing weight and being skinny are weighing on you. You said you're only eating one meal a day - does this fill you up or do you remain hungry and fight the urge to eat more meals? To get an appropriate diagnosis of what may be going on, consult a medical professional (it could be a variety of things besides an eating disorder). I am sorry you are feeling this way. 7Cups has several resources including our listeners that are always here for you. You know the best way to take care of you but no matter what course of action you choose, you will not be alone.
