Eating and drinking after 72 hours starvation. Getting hungry every 1-2 hours and a lot of gas in stomach. What do I do?

start eating smaller portions in order to not shock the body. Healthy snacks and water are safe options

You need to seek medical help for lack of eating and drinking, particularly if this is an ongoing issues for you. T

You should look closely into your diet. It is all right to fast but honestly no doctor would recommend you to fast without hydration: water is sufficient. There are plenty of nice things perhaps drink a small shot glass of pressed beetroot or add psyllium husks to your regular diet (warning this is not food it is just fibre to get your digestion going and they swell so please be carefull people have choked on these). Try eating carefully and avoid sour: yogurt is good for your tummy and so is oat porridge. Try to be kind and gentle and listen to your body and please do not dehydrate again
