How can i be sure its really a problem?

It is a problem if you are thinking a lot about it, and definitely if it is affecting your daily life in any way. it never hurts to see if something may be a problem.

Well, it's very interesting question. This world is complicated. It's not 1+ 1= 2 like math. It has many problem and many answers. It's up to you to decide it's a problem or not. IF you think it is a problem, it is. If you think it's not a problem, it's not. So the point is , if you ever wonder if it's a problem, just try to solve it to see. I wish all best luck :)

If it's something that is bothering you then it's a problem. If you loose sleep over it or can't fully get your mind off it it's a problem

If it's causing you pain, and getting in the way of your ability to live and enjoy your daily life, then it's a problem and worth getting help for!

If it feels like a problem, treat it like one. Tackle it as if it was a problem, and if you find that it's not, it's okay to treat it more casually. That's infinitely better than putting it off. Sometimes that extra time can make a huge difference.

if youre asking us here, it more than likely is a problem - however there are many ways to identify if it is an issue - just google it

If its taking over your life such as your actions and your thoughts, like you cant quite think 'normally' anymore

In my oppinion you can be sure that its a problem when the "problem" prevents you from feeling good or if it prevents you from doing something you would otherwise do.
