EDNOS can be a very frustrating situation, as some people may not completely understand what you’re going through. The best way to talk to someone about such a serious topic depends on you. Some ways are to write a note, send a text, or there are in person ways, such as waiting until he’s not busy, or finding a time when his attention won’t be fully focused on you, like when he’s driving.
