what is the reason why you don't want to eat? do you have no appetite for food or are you scared of eating because you think that will make you fat? if it is the first situation, it could be that you are just experiencing some digestion issues, and your body is just not hungry for more food. however if you don't want to eat because you are afraid that it will make you no longer happy about your current body shape, then there might be a possibility that you have some disordered eating thoughts, and it could be necessary for you to seek for professional advice and help!
