I've been eating more than I used to lately, and it's making me even more anxious about myself. How can I stop being so stressed about gaining weight?

i dont have an exact answer for that, i know how you feel, its a long process, accepting your body can take a lot of time, but try reminding yourself that your weight is normal and it shouldnt be changed, people have different bodies, and that is beautiful. it would be so boring if everyone was the same. no ones going to come to you and notice all the things you dont like about yourself. i think your body is beautiful. you wouldnt be happier if you lost that amount of weight,eat whatever you want, take care of your body, you are beautifuç. accepting your body takes time, but i believe in you. message me if you need anything!
