It sounds like you're in a really difficult situation, and it can be really hard to force yourself to like foods. Here are a few ideas you could possibly try, but different things work for different people, so not everything on here may be good for you! - If you're sure it's not an eating disorder, it could be possible that you associate eating with something stressful or unpleasant, which is manifesting itself in the form of disliking all food. Hopefully gaining support or with a mental health professional might help you to work through stresses & therefore the food aversion. - If there is one food that is slightly more bearable for you, perhaps try working on that, and then expanding to other things you can eat with this one starting food. - It could be that something in your diet is altering your appetite, perhaps starting with simple, organic foods and working up could help you at least gain essential nutrients. - you could possibly try a new diet (with the advice of a doctor/ nutritionist) that might help you to find foods you can eat. - there could be a medical issue behind tasting things, so perhaps an idea would be to speak to a doctor. - If it is a 'taste' issue, keeping a positive attitude and exposure to lots of types of food might help you to find something you can endure. - If it is a texture issue, perhaps start by eating only textures that are more edible for you. I hope you find a supportive community here on 7 cups, and something from this list might help even a little. If not, there's always the option of speaking to a professional.
