Should you get high if you have binge eating disorder? I'm in recovery and I hope if I do choose to get high if it will affect my progress?

Getting high affects everybody in different ways. If you're not feeling fully confident in trying it, then it may be a good idea to think it over some more, or to consult your family doctor about your concerns if your doctor feels like a safe space for you! If you decide to try getting high and are worried about how it will affect you or your progress, it is a good idea to try it with a trusted friend or family member with you in a place where you feel comfortable. There's nothing wrong with asking for support or help!
