There is no answer to what normal people eat, rather their relationship around food. And yet, it isn't even normal, it's called healthy. So let's rephrase this question. What is a healthy persons relationship like with food? Well, a healthy person eats many times a day. In other words, they eat when they are hungry, and stop when they are full. Basically, they don't restrict. Second, healthy people make smart choices around food. They eat ' healthy' food like their fruits and veggies, proteins, and carbs. But they still leave room for the little bit of junk food, because it is okay to have in moderation. Third, healthy people don't ever feel guilt around food. If they wanted that burger and milkshake with the large fries, they think 'that was good' instead of 'what did I just do to myself' or 'I have to get rid of this' Hope this answers the question! :)
I would like to consider myself a "normal" person and I am really trying to consume a lot of healthy things, so this is what my typical diet seems to consist of (I track what I eat): 1. Breakfast- Toast with cheese with a glass of milk or coconut water or green tea. If I am running late then I skip breakfast and just eat an apple or banana on the way. 2. I go to school, so I carry a portable cup and fill it with green tea and keep sipping on it and re-filling it throughout the day. 3. Lunch: A sandwich or pasta or some noodles (all must contain veggies) 4. Snacks: A granola bar or oranges or nuts 5: Dinner: Homemade rice with a pulp or a vegetable cutlet or a small salad. Note: If I got out with friends then I eat what I like, but in a small quantity. So if my friend had 4 slices of a pizza I will have 2 slices. I also order a salad before the meal to fill me up and I have 4 glasses of water a day and 3-8 cups of green tea. I hope that answered your question :)
No one is normal. Normal eating looks different for everyone. I like to follow a practice called mindful eating. Mindful eating basically means being able to eat when you are hungry, and stoping when you are full.

You can do research on balanced diets, experiment with recipes and find what fits your taste. Food is about energy! Healthy eaters refuel according to their preferences — heeding what makes them feel good not only emotionally or according to their senses but *physically* — eating when they are hungry and stopping when they are full. Something close to a "balanced diet". It is extremely important to ensure that you get your daily requirement of the various nutrients needed for your age, gender and other factors related to your body.
eating is different for everyone. there are several different life styles or diets that people take up. i, for example, am a vegan. its not a diet, its rather a way of life. a cruelty free way. i dont just do it for the food. ive had misconceptions and a lot of really bad thoughts and ideas behind food and eating before and it took me a while to get to this point. the best thing for you is to figure out how you want to eat, to be healthy :) maybe you want to consult your doctor/a nutritionist to help you with this decision? i don't think there's really any normal way of eating. just the preferred way is 3 meals a day, 2 snacks (if possible) and whatever your country's food guide may say of which you dont have to follow if you want to become a vegetarian or vegan or whatever else have you! :)

I think it's hard to give a specific answer for this question because in all honesty everyone eats slightly differently and in different portions. Everyone is different so everyone will have a slightly different variation in the number of calories that they should be consuming at a minimum per day. In this sense, I would say that it is not so much about *what* "normal" people eat and more about *how* they eat. What I mean by this is that "normal" people tend to eat food because they enjoy it or because they are hungry. While they may be somewhat conscious of the caloric intake, they are not hyper-aware of it and they do not feel the need to track every single calorie that enters their bodies.
Normal is relative, but one does want to try to achieve a balance of the food groups. Everything in moderation, but with a focus on fruits and vegetables. At least, that's the ideal situation. However; some people may eat more or one group or another, or have certain dietary needs that restrict what they can or cannot have. But the general rule of thumb I've noticed is everything in moderation.
You first have to ask yourself what you consider to be "normal". I don't think there is a definitive answer for this because the world is full of extraordinary people and we all eat what we please. There are those who enjoy indulging in steak and seafood, and those that can't stand the site or smell of meat or seafood. What you have to ask yourself is what do you enjoy eating! Hope this helps. I'm not sure what you mean. I guess they eat three meals a day, and their food might consist of cereal, milk, a few veggies and fruits here and there, some fast food, meats, cheeses, and breads.
Well, this is a problem that bothers me a lot in the past. First let's say there is no definite NORMAL. everyone has some unique eating habit. For me, i just have a sweet tooth. as long as you are eating HAPPILY, with enough nutrient and a little self control it is a perfect diet!

Etc...Cooking from scratch should be what I believe to be normal. I think of not "normal" anything full of pesticides, chemicals, additives, pre-cooked meals,fast food, packed food, is destroying our bodys, our minds, our planet... The human mind gets overwhelmed by having too many choices...we should teach new generations what our greatgrandparents were eating and yeah...they were what I call" normal" people.

They would follow a balanced diet consisting of fruit, vegetables, protein, fibre, carbohydrates and healthy fats. What our diets should consist of and what they actually consist of are often completely different things. Some people, in particular those who are doing a lot of physically demanding activities, need more energy so need to eat more. A healthy way to do this is by having small snacks like nuts or dried fruit. At first we need to define word "normal". If you mean what healthy people eat: Healthy people eat plenty of healthy food, trying to adhere to guidelines for healthy diet. They eat all different sorts of food to get all the necessary nutrients their body needs. A lot of grains and starchy vegetables (potato, sweet potato,...), a lot of fruit (including nuts) and vegetables and legumes, meat, eggs and dairy products in moderate levels, they also use healthy oils. Everything of it in healthy amount. What is healthy amount? It is amount which fulfills your energy and nutrients needs. Young active man needs more calories than old inactive woman. Men need more calories in general than women in any age group. Younger men need more calories than older men, younger women need more calories than older women. Extra precautions are needed for pregnant women and sick persons of any sex/gender and age.
