Nothing bad will happen don't worry ;) as a passionate gym fellow right here i sometimes have days where i am completely worn out and simply not able to go to the gym that day,i cheat a bit by skipping one day but just one day can never hurt you, just keep in mind that with motivation, determination and consistency you will realize everything you want inside the gym :D

Nothing will happen, you'll be fine but healthy habits can help you to focus and get your mind distracted by some sad feelings.

Then you will be exactly the same as most of the human population. Not eating the right amount of calories or not going to the gym does not mean that you will gain weight, it simply means that you will not lose it, which is good

You will gain weight which will help in recovering what you've lost through extreme and impossible standards.

Your body burns calories just be digesting food and as long as you eat the normal amount of calories for your gender, age and size then you won't gain a ton of weight. If your body is very emaciated or thin then you will gain a bit but I wouldn't stress to much about it.

Then you will be ok, your body needs calories to live and calories are not really the only things that make you gain weight. It's ok to eat over a calorie limit or not to go to the gym

Not attending the gym, or eating over your caloric limit will not effect you drastically, it's okay to over-ride the restrictions sometimes.

eating over caloric limit will naturally make you gain since they are extra calories. skipping a day of gym doesn't really affect much but you'll have to stay within your caloric limit if you want to maintain weight.

Nothing. You will be fine, going to the gym daily is not good for your body. your body needs time to rest and regain it's strength and setting yourself a calorie limit can end negatively. Three balanced meals a day mixed with regular exercise is the best way to become fit and stay healthy

If you don't go to the gym today or eat over your caloric limit, it most likely won't affect you too much, as long as you go back to your routine the next day and don't keep on doing this every single day or every other day. Limit these to once a week to keep fit.

It is totally okay to not go to the gym or eat over your caloric limit. Life isn't about having the perfect body. It's about being happy. Happy about yourself, happy about your life, happy about the people you know and so much more. It's good going to the gym and eating hralthy. A healthy lifestyle is so important and it helps a lot to feel better. But at the same time it's a hundred percent okay to not live this lifestyle every single day. Of course, you shouldn't eat over your caloric limit everyday. But once or twice a week or anything like that is totally okay. Love yourself as you are and don't be too severe to yourself!! You're wonderful just the way you are:)

What is it that you believe will happen if you do not attend the gym today or eat over your caloric limit? Can you explain specific worry that you have? For some the breaking away from a set routine, such as attending the gym, can bring on feelings of anxiety and stress. For some eating can also bring a feeling or self dread and negative self esteem. In the question, you suggest a caloric limit, are you able to explain what the caloric limit is? Each person can see this differently and at odds to health experts recommend minimum and maximum amounts. If not going to the gym or eating is giving anxiety, then it may be beneficial to look at the 7 cups anxiety guide.
