I have been through eating disorders, and I know they are not 'cool' or 'trendy' to have. Although I did not have orthorexia, I did have anorexia and binge eating disorder, and what helped me was going to a therapist and/or a nutritionist. If that isn't really an option for you, I will always suggest coming to this website! It is full of kind people who are willing to listen to and support you. If you would rather figure it out on your own (which for some people can be beneficial, or even the only option) rewarding yourself with something you like when you reach a new recovery goal could maybe help.
