There is no such thing as "normal". Everyone is unique in their own way. What do you mean by "normal"?

First of all, you shouldn't compare yourself to "normal" people. There is no such thing as normal. You are struggling with a disease and that is not your fault. And like most diseases, you can get better. You should spend your time focusing on how to get better, healthier, and not spend your time comparing yourself to "normal" people. We all have a unique set of problems!

Let me just say there is no such thing as eating like a 'NORMAL' person. People eat for many reasons and if the way you're eating is unhealthy in some way focus on ways of improving that rather than comparing your eating habits to others.

That's a question about of us ask ourselves everyday. If you think that you're eating incorrectly, I'm sure you can strive to change your eating habits to suit you. The main goal is to be happy and healthy.

There is no normal person. Those thoughts build on irrational expectations proposed by systemic norms. Your eating can either be a physical disorder, to which treatment is available, or simply be based on you body's metabolism, of which there are 3. Eating in accordance with wild assumptions can be very unhealthy.

Because I can't accept what I look like. It is the last desperate form of control I have over my form. If I try to pull the skin tighter around my frame will I see what I am looking for?
