It could be a possible chance that you have had a past experience where you wanted to loose wieght and you thought that it would help to throw back up your food and there is a possibility that after so long you got used to throwing up so it is a natural affect after you eat

Purging become involuntary after a while. You have to train your body to stop the purging cycle you have created. Your body has adapted to doing this and thinks it has to.

Purging might be a symptom of an eating disorder. While this is a great place to get heard, situations like yours need professional assistance. I would recommend seeking assistance in order to prevent damage to your body and understand what is happening to you.

Close your eyes and tell yourself that you are not going to throw up anymore. Take it slowly. Eat light meals to make sure your stomach absorbs the food properly. Don't put pressure on yourself. Eat when your hungry and not force yourself when your not. Drink plenty of water and juices.
