well maybe it's because you dont trust anybody or because you feel that people would think of you as someone bad, that's how i felt and well if you aren't comfortable in talking to someone or it just seems as if you can't trust someone then just come here because it's anonymous and very helpful. But truthfully telling someone you have an eating disorder is very uncomfortable, that's how i feel about it at least.

This is most likely because you feel as though no one knows the position you're in and that people will judge you.

Most of us were raised to not shore or to walk our road thanking that its wrong to shore that we have a issue so we tell our self we are along and not to be open about it.

There are many people you can turn to, even if it's just a teacher at school. You may feel too embarrassed or scared to admit you have one, but you'll be surprised how many understanding people there are out there and who have possibly gone through the exact same thing you have

Because earting disorder is so diffrent from person to personer so sometimes it can feel like others dont now what you mean

Because maybe you don't trust anyone enough to discuss it with them or maybe your embarrassed to tell someone.

There is always therapist/counselors that you can talk to regarding this condition. And always know that you are never alone & everyone that cares for you wants you to be healthy.

If I were you I would find a listener on 7cups to talk with and most importantly get medical help. There will probably be a psychiatrist as part of your recovery team whom you will be able to talk to .
