Exercise is important for you and everyone else because it is extremely beneficial for physical and mental health. When you exercise your brain, your brain releases endorphins, a natural hormone that relieves pain and creates a general sense of well-being. It also helps you improve memory, thinking abilities, stimulates the growth of new brain cells, and helps to prevent age-related decline. For your body, you burn calories helping you to maintain or lose weight. If you are at a healthy weight exercise can keep you in shape and keep your body fit. Exercise also allows you to have time to think through your day and refresh your mind. Overall exercise is very important for both our physical and mental health.

That's also my question in the last few months. Apparently, it's about brain, those mechanisms in the brain are favored by exercise. Acceleration also brings motion into the body, and helps the flow of useless things inside the body to get out of the body => better health. Also, exercising brings energy into the system, like inertia in a car. Overall, it boils down mostly to the brain (for me at least, I'm a brainiac, and if you weren't also a brainiac, you wouldn't have asked the question in the first place :D) Health benefits for the whole body is a plus, of course.

Hello! Welcome to 7 Cups. Thankyou for reaching out with your question. As an active person, I have found a new love for exercise. In the past, I have suffered from anxiety and depression. I found that the number 1 thing that helped me was exercising. It gave me energy, as well as provided me with a space to clear my mind. I ended up sleeping better, gaining confidence, and getting in better physical health. It is now my favorite hobby to do and I try to encourage everyone to do the same. There are so many benefits of exercising.

Exercise is important because it helps the heart to be healthy and strong. It also helps with circulation, it helps regulate your sleep, and alleviates stress. It can extend your life and prevent illness. Not to mention, it can also keep your body looking its best. There are many different ways to exercise so finding an activity that in enjoyable is easy for most people. Ive personally found it hard to find motivation to start exercises, but i usually find that once I get going I find it very enjoyable and hard to live without once I begin. There are many other reasons, both mental and physical, why exercise could be important to an individual, but only you can decide why exercise might be important to you.

Hi! I believe exercising is important because it helps keep you physically and mentally healthy. Personally I struggle with maintaining my physical health a lot and I've noticed that exercising regularly has helped me loose weight and maintaining good levels of my vitals. But also its something I now look forward to and something I enjoy a lot. As it helps me stay productive, increases my self esteem, and keeps me motivated to push myself beyond my boundaries and be the best version of myself everyday. At first it was really hard to start doing exercise everyday, but once I was able to just start and make it a habit in my life, thats when it really became of importance to me. And became more than just about being healthy or fit.

Excerise is something that I've cherished more recently the older I become. The reason for this is that in growing older it can become more difficult to do activities that were previously relatively easy. Without building muscle or having a chance to stretch I sometimes feel weaker. Beyond even this reasoning, I've noticed that at least for me it helps keep me focused rather than preoccupied and has helped me stay calm. At times I've found it difficult to sleep, but found it easier to sleep after exercising more. I could note that excerise has been used to help hamper weight gain. In daily life, I've noticed positives from exercising with others. For instance, going to a dance class or group sessions has been positive for some friends. For me excerise has been more therapeutic is o e reason I like excerise. Sometimes it could be as simple as going for walks or even for fun lessons like dance or learning an art like boxing.

Although exercise has many physical health benefits, it is important for me because it’s helps me feel I have achieved something. It helps me to feel better about myself and to take some much needed time out to clear my head. It is so important to take time out for yourself and spend some time in your own. After all all you really have in this world is you and getting to know yourself and who you really are is a very important part of life. Exercise also allows your body to produce very important feel good hormones which reduces your chance of depression and anxiety.

Exercise gives me a chance to express myself. It allows me to clear my head and get rid of all the stress and anxiety. Also, constantly exercising can help you to raise your self-esteem when you see the progress. I also believe that exercising allows us to rid our minds of worries and it helps to release endorphins. These endorphins are feel-good hormones and I feel that this helps to ease my pain and depression as well. Seeing your body grow can also help you to gain back confidence and self-confidence is very very important. I also feel that exercising increases the chance of social interaction and will help to make u feel less lonely.

People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed and positive about themselves and their lives. And it’s also a powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. And you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to reap the benefits. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a real difference. No matter your age or fitness level, you can learn to use exercise as a powerful tool to deal with mental health problems, improve your energy and outlook, and get more out of life.

Exercise helps me to disconnect from fight or flight mode when I am feeling anxious It helps me to keep my weight in a healthy range. It builds confidence for me and helps me make new friends and bond with them when we do statics together via zoom these days. We take turns being the leader to think up of different statics. Exercise is also a form of meditation to me. I will get inspiration and get into the flow. It is an enjoyable moment too. Exercise coupled with intermittent fasting helps alot. It has helped me to lose 5 kg. Accumulated from heading out less these days. I love exercise I think I would like to get addicted to it. There are worse addictions.

The benefits of exercise know no bounds! There are both short term and long term benefits to exercise. One short term benefit is improved mood. An improved mood can be the result of the endorphins that our bodies release after exercise which serve to compensate for any pain and tension the exercise may cause. An improved mood may also come as a result of developing a sense of satisfaction from accomplishing a goal and completing a task. Another short term benefit is conditioning. By starting to exercise, you can physically condition your body which can make everyday tasks easier such as climbing stairs, going for extended walks and carrying groceries. By starting to exercise, you can mentally condition your mind to prepare it for more exercise and activities that require mental endurance as well as physical endurance such as running. A long term benefit of exercise is fat loss. Excess body fat is known to increase the likelihood of a myriad of health disorders such as diabetes, hypertension and even cancer. To have a healthy body fat reduces the likelihood of developing such disorders. Another long term benefit of exercise is improved mental health. Exercise can lead to improved mental health because it stimulates the mind and body in a natural way. As it leads people to have healthier bodies, there are less physical disorders that can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety and helplessness.

Take this from a weight lifter's perspective. Exercise is important for three major things. The first is it opens up your veins and gets your heart pumping to get good oxygen to the brain. This can actually help you feel less depresses and anxious when it comes to self esteem. The second important one is no matter what your fitness goals may be in the end you are doing it for yourself and that is a form of self love so you are working on being the best version of yourself not because others told you so but because you told yourself to do so. Lastly it actually helps build a strong immune system, and helps you heal faster when you get injured or sick (minor injuries not major ones you need surgery for). Why it does that is because no matter what you choose to do to exercise your body will tell you if you are getting good food or bad food in your body by the energy level you have to do your workouts. You do not just learn about your own body but you learn how the correct way to eat and correct time to workout actually benefits your own body to sustain its self when in action. As I always say to others. 30 minutes three days a week is literally the bare minimum you need. You do not need to work out for one hour six days a week like me. Figure out why you want to be more healthy, make a plan on how to achieve it and go for it. Most importantly don't be afraid to walk into a gym. Most of us muscle looking guys who see someone new come into the gym makes us happy to know another person is taking their first step into a better life. We cheer you on in our heads to keep going, and also know we all had a starting point just like how you would be starting out. Don't be afraid to ask us how a machine works, or how to work out a certain muscle. We all love to help and and share what we know. Best of luck for your fitness goals.

Exercise is important because it leads to a healthier, happier lifestyle. It also decreases the risk of getting certain diseases and health issues. Exercise is also a great way to connect with other people. Many people go to the gym or for a run and will meet others that are invested in their health. This can be a great way to form friendships. The most widely known benefit of exercise seems to be the physical aspect. With exercise you can lose weight and build up your muscular and endurance levels. With these, it is much easier to go about your life and not have so many health problems.

According to research, exercise can reduce the feelings of anxiety and also depression. It can improve your sleep quality as well. Exercise also can improve your brain and make you feel productive throughout the day. Apart from that, exercise can protect you from chronic diseases such as heart attack. It is also a good way to manage your mood and mental health for a long run. If you want to control your weight, exercise definitely can help you reach your goal. If you want to quit smoking but still struggling with it, well exercise is proven to help you quit smoking. Lastly, if you have a low self-confidence, exercise is one of the way to increase your self-confidence.

Exercise is not just a physical engagement of various activities limited only towards training one's body but also very important for mental well-being. It releases positive harmones which in turn makes us feel a sense of achievement and self satisfaction. It not only increases our self image and self efficacy but also improves our lifestyle choices. There are various types of exercises that one can indulge in, the one's that fit perfectly with that person's requirements and are something they're comfortable with. When it comes to exercise, persistence and consistency is the key for it make the most impact.

Exercise offers health benefits, of course, and increases metabolism which means the food you eat digests better and more efficiently. It also releases endorphins, which improves your mood and makes you feel better, less depressed, and more energetic. It can help dial down anxiety, since it's hard to think about your worries when you're running to music, and helps connect you to your own body. It can also be a social activity! Everyone has a different experience with exercise and finding a way to be active that feels good for you is the most important part about working out!

Exercise is a way of staying physically healthy! It is just one of the many ways for us as people to take care of our bodies. Being physically active, not only keeps us healthy but sometimes it's a great way to refresh from anxiety and stress and other issues that may be too much for our mental health to handle. Say you're feeling stressed about a paper you have to write, going for a nice jog around your block gets the blood pumping and flowing to your brain, therefore, helping you think of things to write. So go for a run, a jog, do some jumping jacks! Stay active for not only your physical health but your mental health as well.

I believe through my experience that physical and mental health are very much related, after all the mind and body aren't separate, it's the part of the same being. It's less about the outwardly benefits, which may include aesthetics, losing fat, gaining muscle, etc, and more about the feeling itself of exercising. It helps me stick to my schedule, be proactive and gives me a sense of purpose and freedom when everything else sucks. Those few hours of zoning out and totally being in the present, trying to push beyond my limits is what keeps me going throughout the day.

When I find the motivation to exercise to start is a good feeling. During workouts may not be fun but how I view my self after is. I feel good I did something productive and good for my body. Honestly, it makes me happy. After I get home and feel more awake. And when my legs or arms are sore i know i did something right. After a run i feel a high and during I only focus on the activity. It's like nothing else in the world matters. I wish I found myself working out more because I know it's healthy for me.

Exercise is important for me because it allows me to make time for myself, which is something I often forget to do. Having something like exercise that I routinely do also helps me to feel more productive. I like to feel productive when taking time for myself because it makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. My favorite form of exercise is running because it helps me to relieve stress and I can do it outside. I love running in new places because it helps me learn where things are and allows me to take in the sights.

Exercise helps me focus on myself. It is a period of time reserved exclusively for me and my body, where I shower my body with the attention and care it deserves. I also get to develop a healthier and better physical and mental self for myself. Starting my day off with exercise revitalizes me and prepares me for the day ahead. Exercise is not just restricted to physical exercise, it also includes mental exercises. Riddles, brain teasers, meditation, yoga, all of these constitute as exercises. The best way to exercise is to plan a routine, and stick to it! Happy exercising!

Exercise brings many benefits to your body. There is really NO negative side of exercising (with excepts of course, like working out a lot and not giving your body rest). Exercise is also good for you mind, clear your head, improve your immune system, strengthen lungs, heart and blood circulation. The best part of exercise is that: not confined to a location like a gym. You can ride bicycle, take dance classes, go hiking, take walks, do yoga, join a club and make friends. Working out with somebody is a good way to keep yourself motivated and on track.

Exercise is like a meditation. It keeps you , not only fit, but also helps you to be Active all throughout the day. It helps to cure many problems like depression and help you to live happily. Try exercising for a month you will experience a lot of changes in yourself. Trust me from an underconfident guy you can be a Confident guy just by exercising. Also, do not try to over burden yourself by doing vigorous exercise. Everything in excess can be very risky. Exercise is done best in morning. It helps you to become disciplined in your life.

Exercise in general is important for people for many reasons. Exercise has many benefits (surprisingly not only physical!) as well as that it is crucial for certain functions. Exercise comes in many forms.... From walking to high intensity work outs. Some people benefit from different types and certain exercises fit lifestyles better than others. Exercise generally is important to keep your body healthy, exercising moves your muscles and bones keeping your muscles defined and movement in your joints healthy. This is important to keep you at optimum health and allows you to carry things and move long distances. As well as just keeping your body healthy in that way, exercise increases blood flow helping reduce heart issues and fat build up in arteries, as well as burning fat so you maintain a healthy weight! Not only does exercise help that but multiple studies and articles I've read have proven that exercise has a positive effect on our mental wellbeing as well. Making us feel good about ourselves and giving us time to think.

Exercise is important because it's not only the act of caring for your body but also challenging it. That, over time, if you keep working it, it can do great things. For me, it has been a mental journey and I feel better after doing it and it has improved my self-esteem. Even when I don't want to exercise, my self-confidence is improved because I can do things despite not "feeling like it". Exercise is important for the mind, body and spirit. Exercise is also know to boost your mood, improve your cardiovascular health, increase discipline, ect. It has increased discipline for me because I see the small results and I want to keep going

The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns as well as improve cognitive function. Finally, physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

For me, exercise is an opportunity to de-stress and take my mind off of school and work, while also allowing me to do something healthy for my body and mind. Even though it may be tough in the moment, I always leave a workout feeling refreshed, calm, and most importantly, happy. Even gentle exercise like yoga or stretching has been amazing for my mood, as well as my overall physical wellbeing. And - not all exercise has to be solo! It's a great way to connect with people and have fun with friends. My friends and I enjoy weekly Zoom-ba classes together, and all agree that the fun-filled dance exercise is an excellent way to shake out some of that exam stress.

It's extremely beneficial to one's health as well as mental health by experience less low moods. Although it's not easy to get into a habit of exercising if you are living alone, I personally had to add it into my daily routine before I got use to continuously exercising- gym type of exercise wise. Though if you have a favourite sport then definitely try it out! Perhaps finding a local team to join. Most of the sports group are really friendly so there's no need to worry, for instance, I joined a local team when I was 16. Despite my young age, I was treated as an equal rather than someone to leave out!
