I would recommended writing a letter to them, telling them how you feel - be as honest as you can.

Try and tell your parents that it is not something that you can not move on from easily and to not expect for you to act like it never happened. It is apart of you now and has made you stronger.

This might sound cliche and somewhat cringe worthy but, in my opinion, you should just be open with them. Helping them understand how you feel, and explaining what's on your mind can be beneficial in you relationship with your parents. Say what you are comfortable saying and let them know your worries, because the best way to let them know how you feel is to develop trust and openness between all of you. Try and approach this matter in a healthy way, and please remember to prioritize yourself. Lastly, I know you might already know this, but just in case, it was not your fault. What happened was never your fault, and will never be your fault. Just know that this long road gets better. If you ever need to talk to a peer who understands, just message me whenever : )

The fact that you were able to tell them in the first place shows incredible strength on your behalf. It also shows that your parents love you very much and are willing to do anything to help you feel better. I think the only way you can truly get the help you need is by being honest with them, as hard as that can be. I know it seems impossible to open up about something as painful and raw as rape but its the only way to gel the emotional help you need. Trust that your parents want you to feel better. Chances are they aren't bringing it up because you aren't and they think that is what you need. So when you feel ready, try opening up to them. You are strong enough.
