I used to be able to share my stories & troubles with my family and friends, but recently I don't know why I've become unable to share them. It's stuck in my throat though I want to share it. Why?

you have to decide that. You choose what you are comfortable in doing. YOU CONTROL YOU. So... what is it about them and your insecurity... that you wont express yourself? People have opinions... you too are entitled one.

Maybe you feel like they would judge you or look at you differently? Especially with the people you're close to, are you worried about their opinion of you? You want to share it because you want to be heard and feel supported by the people you're close to. Maybe you feel like they wouldn't be able to help you even if you opened up? Has something changed recently that makes you feel uncomfortable about talking about yourself and your feelings. It can be hard to open up but if you used to be able to, I assure you will be able to again, if that's what you want.
