What should I do if I feel worthless. I feel sad and annoyed all the time I'm at home?

Try to change your thinking to think of things that you have accomplished in the past, whether small or big. You are most likely thinking of your past or current failures, which may be causing feelings of worthlessness. Remember that although you feel useless, you are not and there are things you have done in the past that can prove that you aren't. Try to do things throughout the day, whether it be a small or big task. Once you finish the task, try to be kinder to yourself, and give yourself credit for the things that you were able to achieve.
