when i try to give reasons for my actions, my parents call them excuses; but when I can't explain why I did something, they say I'm lying. It's so frustrating! How can I make them understand?

Trust is not easy to earn, and sometimes people don't make it easy for you to earn it from them. Maybe in this case better to do actions more then explanations..As we know that actions do speaks louder that words most of the times.
