you never know when things will happen. it usually just comes and then goes. just breathe and keep going with with your life. It will eventually get less stressful and you will forget all about it.

Life changes. Relationships change. Unfortunately, not all of those changes are for the better. Whether you are dealing with problems with your spouse, in-laws, or extended family members, family stress is born out of new struggles. It is a part of life. Try to remember the other person is also probably dealing with stress, sometimes horrific mountains of stress, and may not realize they are taking out their problems on you.

It could be that the issues are growing more. Or there are more issues to deal with. It just depends on you and the situation. Perhaps speaking with your family about how you feel or seeking the advice from a family counselor can help you.

Things happen for multiple reasons. Sometimes people can be caught in the crossfire. Family stress is one of the many things that happens to everyone. Something we all share. Sometimes it's something so small you don't realize it. Sometimes it's so big that it consumes you. There's not much you can do apart from solving the problem and moving on with your life.
