You can begin by reflecting on your choices, loving yourself and forgiving others. You also have to learn to genuinely and intentionally want to make progress, excel, and become better than you were. Life is about choices. It is good that you have chosen to forgive yourself. It is an an easy feat but one day at a time.
Also, you can join a support group or reach out to your local community for resources on forgiveness. Start by loving yourself. Start by taking care of yourself. Start by appreciating yourself. Start by understanding why it is important to forgive yourself.
