Having anxiety worried about Corona virus. What are some things that are helpful for this?

I can relate to that. Even more so now that the numbers are going up again. Some anxiety is necessary, for us to realize the threat and to take good care of ourselves. Maybe you are also worried about those who still won't take this seriously. But we can't do anything about them. What we can do is to take the best possible care of ourselves that we can. Always wear a mask outside of our homes, wear gloves when needed, wash your hands a lot and social distance. We can only control our own behaviour so once we have done all we can,.let the rest go.
