Reaching out to loved ones, doing some relaxing exercises, eating well-balanced and regular meals, drinking tea, setting some time aside for relaxing activities such as reading or painting, and listening to calming music are some popular activities that some people find helps them to cope with mental health issues.

Welcome to 7 cups of tea. In connecting here, you've already started to chart a path for yourself to decide what would be best for you, with your particular mental health issues. I can support you by listening more about your experiences. Although, you'd like to help yourself with dealing with mental health issues, so far, medication or therapy are options that don't align with your beliefs. You're not alone, as many people are dealing with mental health issues, and it can be hard for some to take the step you've taken here. I'd like to hear more specifically about what you've been dealing with and its impact for you. Does that sound like a good place to begin?
