Ive found that exercise really helps ground me and refresh my mind when I drift off, daydream, or have any stress-related experiences. Im often reluctant to get up and do it, but whether its vigorous cardio or just very minimal stretches, it really helps me feel better about myself and my ability to take action, and get back to concentrating on my environment so I can work on what I need to. By making myself get out of bed or get up and move around, I can break out of the mental and physical symptoms of the stressors and do something, anything, to get myself to feel more in control.
