I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

There is no way around it, you would really have to see a professional. Nobody can just tell you based off this symptom alone because schizophrenia is a pretty serious diagnosis and you’d want to know without a doubt that it’s a possibility. But for the fact you can ask yourself this is actually a decent sign, just generally speaking, because you aren’t egosyntonic- which happens when people are expressing abnormalities in behavior but don’t realize it. Absolutely go speak with someone certified about this and know that, a bright future is still 100% possible regardless of the outcome. Best wishes, love.
