is it weird that sometimes I feel like two people? Like I feel like I am looking at myself through a different body.

With evidenced based therapies, we find the root of the problem together to implement solutions. We all face crises, transitions, or disorders at some time.

Yes, most of time... I am a completely different person when I am online vs when I am offline... It feels like a sudden switch in personality , character, how I deal with things.. and somehow I have this urge to convince people that I am not like how I pretend myself to be yet, this sudden switch feels great at time. I want to be like that in reality as well but there is lot of anxiousness , stress and introverted nature that makes it impossible to achieve.. that's why may be I like the switch in character and want it to be that way even if it's not real.
I think we all have our inner self, and our ego. We use our ego to interact with the world. Sometimes we can disassociate a bit and see ourselves in a weird way. Learning to integrate can be hard. I like to journal or write when I am feeling very stressed and begin to feel this way. Think of what natural supports you have, who you can chat with that would ground you and help you feel like yourself. Keep trying! Meditation and grounding exercises can be very helpful as well. Ask yourself what you can do today to better understand your ego and its shadow.
