Hey. This really depends on both which remedies you intend to use, and which deficits you have. In general, not all natural remedies are helpful. The idea that if it doesn't help it doesn't harm either isn't always right. Some are in fact harmful. If you use medication, you should consult with your doctor before using any natural remedies (such as herbal remedies) as some herbs are known to strengthen, weaken or block the effects of medicines. If you're under professional supervision for your deficits, for example seeing a therapist, you may want to discuss it with him or her first. Without knowing the specific deficits and the natural remedy, I cannot give a more detailed answer than this.
