Why am I always hungry? My friends always tease me for eating so much but it just doesn't feel like I'm eating anything. What should I do?

A few tips I have would be drinking LOTS and LOTS of water! It helps to keep you full plus it's good for you! Also eating fruit and veggies are great and healthy snacks :) You can also write down everything you eat in a day just as a gauge for what you tend to eat/how much. However, you also may have a high metabolism or your body just needs extra food to fuel it so don't let your friends words get you down :) It is so important to have a healthy relationship with food! Everyones food journey is different so just be kind to yourself
