Hi, those are all symptoms of Depression. You aren't alone. There's a ton of support (like 7cups!) and help for it. A licensed therapist will be able to help you work through this.

Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounded by abusive people.
