I am very hyperactive sometimes but other times I can kinda sit still. When I am being jittery I also usually can’t pay attention or zone out a lot. Could I have ADD or ADHD?

we all have times of restlessness, sometimes it can be due to excessive energy which exercise can help with, or mental stimulation such as focusing on a specific task, if as you say you can't pay attention maybe do task for very short times. Is their any tasks you particularly enjoy? if you have concerns I would recommend seeking professional advice from your GP. They will be able to assist you further and give you tips and possibly strategies to help with the hyperactivity and the zoning out. I wouldn't like to say or give you a guessed diagnosis I believe that's down to the professionals. hope you get on well

Maybe. You always have the opportunity to go to a psychiatrist for an ADHD or ADD evaluation test. Based on the test results you'll know what you got. I know it's tough to feel this way but things will get better after you know what's going on. I myself got ADHD and was given the proper help from a psychiatrist it's really life changing. And just know if you got diagnosed with it don't be ashamed at all, It's really something special to be more energetic than others. Usually ADHD patients can focus on things that they are interested in and zone out on the stuff they don't like, they can either hyperfocus or have low focus it depends on their interests. So from the way you're describing your situation it might be ADD/ADHD. Things are going to get better i promise! Stay strong and take care! xoxo
