I’m so stupid. Around March my sister was convincing me to send naked pictures to a guy she said I would be fine nothing would happen. So I did and I am so stupid I wish some one could of stopped me. How do I move on from this now?

I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

By not repeating this ever again. Since there is no way to change the past just try to let it go and look at it as a mistake.

We all do things we wished we didn't in life. What if any backlash occurred from this? What have you learned from this and what would you have preferred the outcome to be? Think honestly about the answers you give and make sure if someone where to find out you would be okay, otherwise refrain from it. Sometimes being safe is being aware of potential outcomes and knowing if that is where you want to be after all is said or done..slow down... Also there are online services that can help you get rid of photos out on the net if you need it.

What I do when I have trouble moving on from something is I write myself a personal note about it. For your situation I would write “Dear (insert your name), I acknowledge that it wasn’t a good idea to send nudes to a guy. I realize that it’s making me upset because...(maybe you went against your morals, feel violated in a way, don’t trust the guy, etc). I promise to not send nude photos again and to thoroughly think about my actions before acting on them.” Remember that this doesn’t define you or who you are as a person. Best of luck to you!
