Attitude is key. I am an optimist, even in the worse cases I somehow think positively. You have to set goals for yourself and decide that you are going to be determined enough to completely them. If you truly want change you can make it happen. Never be afraid to ask for help if you need it, but you still have to do the work for yourself. Stop holding back and settling for less when you are worth and deserve so much more.

The first step would be to firmly decide that you need to change your life. The second would be to stop yourself from feeling bad about yourself and others that may prevent your progress. The final would be to deny yourself certain things, which may include your current beliefs, desires, wants and goals. In depth, try to talk to people with different opinions than yours and from other cultures and beliefs. This will help you understand things from their viewpoint, consequently giving you a different outlook. Once you find out what you need to change, I'm sure you will find ways to get it done too.

That's a tough one. It depends on what you want to change, I guess. I would start by creating a list of things you would like to do differently, and prioritize them in order of importance. After you do that, you can develop a plan to work towards implementing those changes.

First of all, you need to decide and sort out the important things in your life. If you just start 'bringing your life on track' without any plan or a rough idea, it will be like going on a road trip without GPS or a map or asking people beforehand. Once you have your ideas and your priorities sorted, you can begin with the ones which are easier; which do not really take much effort or are somewhat in your comfort zone. It will give you encouragement and make you feel good, which in turn will make you want to go for the 'bigger' or the 'tougher' steps in your plan. Just like how you would not start exercising with 100 squats per day. You will slowly build yourself from 10 squats. Then 20. Then 30, and so on. You cross the beginner level, then intermediate and finally advanced. I hope this somewhat helped! Stay safe and take care!

We have the ability to choose how we feel based on what we choose to look at in life. If you choose to focus on all the negative things in your life, thats how your life will be. But if you look at good things, the quality of your life could be so much better. It is not about what happens to you in life, but how you choose to perceive that; what you do and how you think about it. It is not always easy, but it is a process that is worth the time and effort needed to put into it. When we send out positive affirmations to the world, we receive positive things in our life. In a spiritual manner, instead of saying "I want this thing or person" we are saying we dont have it - change this to "I already have this thing or person I desire and I am grateful". Act as if you already have what you want in life and angels will do the rest form there. Manifestation is a very powerful tool :)
