I would talk to someone about how I was feeling, sharing memories with other friends and family that knew them. I would also make a scrapbook of our time together and all the fun things we did. I would also allow myself to grieve - crying and being sad can be cathartic. I would find someone who didn't know her/him and talk to them about them. And about how I am feeling and the pain and difficulty that comes with it. Allowing myself to go through the different emotions that come with loss, allowing myself to feel angry and upset, confused, talking to someone about all this.

We've been through the same thing when our best friend took his life, we didn't know what to do with ourselves but time, time heals all wounds that and a good distraction help a lot to get over grief never forget them, cherish them as they were when they were alive and try to move on but never forget them, think they are in a good place now, and try to be happy that they are, this is tough we know but you are strong enough to get through it!! we believe in you!!!!, honor their memory and take care of yourself for their sake.
