I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're having a tough time. I offer clients a space that is non-judgemental and empathetic whilst navigating these times together.

When losing a loved one, I have reached out to family and friends for support. It is difficult and can leave you feeling alone so i feel it is good to talk to those closest to you. If family and friends are not available it can be good to reach out to a crisis hotline. Also, I think practicing breathing exercises always helped me to calm myself so that I could think more clearly and not become too upset to where it could harm myself. I also kept a journal of my feelings and thoughts when there were times I did not feel like sharing my anxiety with others. This was a great outlet, but also a tool for me to realize that I was moving forward and dealing with my anxiety.
