Last year my father died, I was depressed. I done some major self harm, but I'm ok now. Then I got dropped out of the school because of my low attendance. Now I am lost. I want to understand life deeply. What can I do now?

i m sorry for your lost , death of parent can damage you long time ..hug .it seems like you life not easy after that . i know how can be depressive when all bad things happen but stay strong and dont give up stay trying .

My father also died, I was also depressed, I self harmed too. Being dropped out of school for low attendance almost doesn't seem right. It's like, why kick me when I'm down, right? If you want to understand life deeply, first you must focus on yourself and make yourself a priority. Make sure you love yourself and are looking after yourself. Go travelling, explore, do all the things you've always wanted to do but never got the chance. Do things you liked to do with your father. I know school is somewhat important but living your life is more important
