You spread awareness by supporting the LGBTQ community. Some small things might include not shopping at known anti-LGBTQ shops. Sport a rainbow bracelet. Social media (Twitter, Facebook) is a GREAT way to spread LGBTQ awareness.
I think a great way to do this is by just talking about it! Show that you are a member of the community and that there are problems that we face being in this community! Another good way is to get involved in your community to spread awareness by doing little things like fliers or something! Hope this helps! "\ml/"
Look in your area for lgbt community groups and connect with people like you. They can have projects underway you can be a part of to help spread awareness. And like others said, just talking about it will spark people's curiosity and look to understand the community and how they can embrace it if they choose to accept it

If you're outgoing and don't mind seeking in front of a lot of people, you can try to organise an event where you can talk about it. Or if you're in school, you can make a presentation about it in front of other students. And if you're shy and not really outgoing, just educating your friends and relatives is spreading awareness as well and you're gonna do a great job. Start with small steps, bring it up in conversations when you have the opportunity. If you educate only one person, you're still doing a great job :)
Reblogging or posting articles and studies about LGBTQ matters on your Twitter or Facebook can be a really good way to spread awareness among your social circles! You can also look into helping charities that work in that particular field and see if there is anything you can offer them.
i spread awareness by promoting safe work places. i have personally come up with an inclusive language policy that makes sure people are reprimanded should they use offensive language or words such as "gay, queer" etc in a derogatory manner.
The Toronto pride parade is really amazing and definitely gets a lot of attention! You can also join a local club at school or somewhere else in your community. Social media posts also help a lot as well :)
Share posts, share your opinions, get LGBTQ products/buttons, participate in activities, events, festivities. However you want really! Be creative!

The one way i would personally spread LGBTQ awareness would depend on my age and where I live the best way I can see around it is to maybe go to pride events and raise awareness by joining in the activities available. Another way I would recommend this is to maybe hold a pride day in work or college which is where everyone has to dress in rainbow clothes to raise awareness for the LGBTQ. I came out as a Lesbian at 18 and since then I have never been happier, maybe to spread awareness get people like me who came out at a certain age and let them tell there stories!
Join the movement, there are plenty of places you can look up and see what activities are going on to support LGBTQ awarness. Personally I have done such befor and have rainbow bumper sticker on my car I got from a local supporting event for LBTQ.
Perhaps you should try to talk to your group of friends and gather their thoughts on the LGBTQA awareness movement. If they have the same thoughts you do and they want to help make it known, then I'd suggest bringing it up to your local GSA club. Sometimes there are college clubs for it, or adult gatherings for it.
You can talk to people about joining GSA (gay straight alliances). There are way more ways than that of course, but I feel that that would be number one because its just a meet up about every few weeks or so and just talk about things in gay news or just the gay life style.
There are so many ways! Personally I use my Twitter to spread LGBTQ awareness. There are also various ways to share it. There's Facebook, blogs, SoundCloud, Youtube, IG and other social medias. You can use your talent. Make an art that signifies love for LGBTQ! There are so much ways.
Social media is perhaps the most modern and good way of spreading awareness. You could make a youtube video, put a post on instagram or any social media. Other than that, you could make a presentation to your class about lgbtq+ awareness, or just talk to people about it! Just having a general chat is an amazing way to end stigma! ❤
You can bring up the topic to people you know, sharing your knowledge, and take advantage of the occasions in which the topic comes up in any social context to stand up for LGBT rights and awareness. You can share LGBT related contents in your social media platforms or take part and invite people to LGBT related events. Your contribute can really make a difference!
