I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

Sexuality is as beautiful as it is overwhelming. Acceptance is something that has true value to us all. A part of acceptance is in giving it to yourself. Being bisexual is a part of who you are as a person. It is not the only part of you of course but finding knowledge in yourself in all aspects could help you discover the path to conquering your fear of bisexuality. Look at yourself as a whole person. Who we love as consenting adults is beautiful in that love is love and the world could use more and not less of it.

Try not to feel afraid of who you are. It's totally understandable to be nervous about what other people think about it-- but try not to let that deter you from embracing and exploring your sexuality. I know it's easier said than done, but you got this! The true you is the best you! People are more accepting of the LGBTQ+ community now more than they ever have been before. If you need any help or words of encouragement, our Listeners are always here to give you support during a difficult/confusing time. Stay strong! We hear you and we accept you.
