This is a natural process. If you find yourself having feelings for someone of the same gender, know that you are a perfectly normal human being. Your feelings are valid, and while you might need to spend some time reflecting about how you feel, having feelings for someone of the same gender is nothing to feel ashamed of.

Yes, absolutely! We all experience all kinds of feelings of love and the like for friends and family members. If these feelings are romantic or maybe even sexual, maybe you should consider your place on the huge scale of sexuality and do some research. No matter what, you are not weird or wrong for feeling whatever you feel!

There is nothing wrong about having feelings for people, no matter their gender. Don't be afraid of your feelings, you may have been told that only male-female feelings are acceptable, but if you open your mind and your heart you will realize there is nothing wrong with what you feel.

It is normal. It doesn't necessarily mean you are LGBTQ+/MOGII though. There are straight people who develop feelings for someone of the same sex at some point or go through a questioning phase when it comes to sexuality. Even if you find out your are not straight after all, it is okay. It is just how you are. It's not who you are, it's not something that defines you as a person, but it is a part of you. Besides, how can we say what is normal and what not? By observing nature, the rest of the species, homosexual behaviors are not a myth, there are quite a few cases. But then again, the mere fact that humans can be attracted to the same sex to such an extend should make it natural because humans are animals too. So, to conclude, don't overthink when it comes to feelings of attraction and love. You are attracted to someone of the same sex? Great! Enjoy it!

It is, without a doubt, normal to have feelings toward a person of the same gender. In my opinion, being with someone is a personal preference, just like being a vegetarian is a personal choice. Be yourself, be unique, be brave!

That is so normal! I fully support people who are having thoughts or feelings about the same gender.

Of course it's normal! Some experience feelings for the same gender, some don't, some don't feel anything for anyone at all, we're all different and we all deserve to love who we want to love and if that's the same gender then so be it. As long as you're happy then that's what matters!

Yes, like @Honey said, it's a natural process. We have people in this world who will judge you, but take it with a grain of salt, ignore them. There are people in the world who love the LQBTQ+ community, many like myself, I love gay and lesbian, and bisexual ships. I read stories about them, I love them. Think of people who support the LQBTQ+ community. Your feeling for that gender, it's fine.

It is entirely normal, and natural! We are attracted to who we are each attracted to, and love who we love, only you know how you feel!

If by normal you mean natural, then yes. It's by nature that you could get bi-curious, maybe even be attracted to the same gender for the rest of your life. It's not unusual as long as they are genuine feelings and not feelings forced into you by pressure or fear

Absolutely. Humans are incredibly complex beings and we feel a wide range of different things. If you have feelings about the same gender this is completely normal. You may need some time to understand your feelings and come to terms with them. But it is completely normal and you have nothing to worry about if you're feeling them.

Yeah, there are actually a lot of people out here who feel the same way. Some are open about it and some are still "in the closet" so to speak, but it's a part of who you are

The short answer is: Yes. The long answer is: Absolutely! The extra long answer is: While many consider heterosexuality to be the "default" setting, there are theories (which admittedly need further study) which hypothesize that same-sex attraction is latent in everybody - it's just a matter of how strongly it is represented on an individual basis compared to opposite-sex attraction.

Yup. It's how you were wired, and it's perfectly normal. May take some time to accept, but you'll get there.

Yes it is for sure. Homosexuality was looked down upon as a sin by humanity till now but it is totally wrong. A person as an individual can have feelings for literally anything and it is totally normal

Yes it is! There is nothing wrong with being attracted to the same gender. Human sexuality is tricky and there is a wide spectrum of sexual attraction possibilities that people fall on.

Absolutely, having attractions is completely normal, because some people are simply attracted to the same gender and some simply are not. It's the way you are made.

Yes it is normal. Homosexuality and bisexuality and everything else in between is becoming more and more common, and is getting accepted more and more.

Yes. Completely normal. Love has all sorts of meanings based on opinions and experiences but only true love, you will ever know. No matter what happens or who says otherwise, your feelings for whoever it may be, are completely normal and your love for that person should always be celebrated as long as you're happy.

It is perfectly normal, and healthy to explore! Never be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone, and be who you wish to be! You are your own individual. :)

Yes, this can be normal. What is normal for you if you asking this question? People may be interested in the opposite sex and it does not make them an abnormal person. That's life, that's all.

Though not defined as normal, many people experience such feelings. They are completely understandable and it makes no difference to who you are.

Yes. Having emotional and physical attractions to the same gender is normal. We all have friends that we love and feel affection for. According to the Kinsey studies a large portion of the population would fall in the bisexual range for attraction. It’s just a much smaller population of people who identify as LGBTQ. And being LGBTQIA is also a normal human existence. Celebrate the wonderful diversity that exists in humanity and in nature! Life would be boring if we were all the same and liked the same things 😀🏳️‍🌈

Yes it is normal to have feelings for someone of the same gender. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Understanding your own sexuality can sometimes take time for you to work out, but don’t worry if you don’t initially know. You may feel frustrated or anxious about your feelings, but again this is all normal. Coming to grips with who you are can bring up all sorts of emotions. Your thoughts and feelings are all valid and make you who you are. Accept yourself for who you are and believe you are enough as you are and live your life happily. Love is love.

Of course, it's totally normal, there are a lot of forms to LOVE and they all are totally valid and respectable. Homosexuals used to be seen like they are wrong, but I think this issue is changing, people visualize this form of love and it's very important that we continue like that. Don't be afraid to love who you want and express your feelings without fear because it's your life, Life is short and we are here to enjoy, have a good time and live as you want. To conclude, it's the same normal that you have feelings about the other sex.
