Many cities have LGBT circles where you can meet other LGBT people, some circles also have specific subcommunities for young people. Maybe you can try to look for the closest LGBT circles, or to take part to LGBT related events, and meet someone there. There are also communities online, including our 7 Cups LGBT forum subcommunity, where you can talk and share thoughts and experiences with LGBT people of all ages, including yours.

Hey there! As an LGBT+ teen myself, here are my top recommendations:
Trevorspace: Created by the Trevor Project, Trevorspace is a place where you can meet other LGBTQ+ teens. It kind of reminds me of 7cups forums since it is a very forum based site. People there are really chill and sweet for the most part and I'd really recommend it! https://www.trevorspace.org/
Your school's GSA (Gender Sexuality Alliance) : Your school's GSA can be an EXCELLENT resource if you're comfortable. It can be especially nice to meet LGBT+ teens from your school or local area.
A Local Pride Center: If you have a local LGBT+ pride center, they may have weekly or monthly groups that meet and do activities together. Sometimes, they have groups specifically for teens. To find out if you have one, search "Pride center near me" and see what pops up.
I wish you luck!!
