Hey, I know it seems daunting at first but you've got this, I believe in you. Firstly, anyone who truly loves and cares for you will continue to love you no matter how you tell them. An easier way I recommend though is writing a letter or text to the person you wish to tell and leaving it with them. This means you are able to leave the room and let them see it on their own if you want to. Make sure you have a safe place to go to if they are less accepting than they should be, sometimes people just need more time than others to process it. When the time is right tell them, good luck you are strong, amazing and so brave. I wish you all the best!
