This feeling is a common thought for a lot of us. We often think it's absolutely true that others are judging us, but in reality they aren't. This kind of thought is considered a "cognitive distortion". When we think others are judging us, what we are saying is that we can read their minds and know what they are thinking. One of the best ways to get past these distortions is to challenge them. The key is seeing their negative judgements as something that defines who they are, not who you are. You are perfectly alright, but those who judge people for their identity really have a problem with hate and intolerance, so their judgement defines the little person they are, and it doesn't affect who you are in any way. Work on your confidence, surround yourself with supportive people, take care of yourself, follow your heart and do what makes you happy. With time, you'll learn to see judgement for what it is: a miserable expression of intolerance, that isn't even worth consideration!
You're feeling very self-concious and hence you're making the assumption that others are judging you. But in reality,that's not the case. People don't generally have the time to step out of their own troubles to judge you. One thing you can do is work on your self-esteem. It doesn't matter who is judging you and how. And those who are judging you because they have nothing better to do, well it's their problem. Take care! ^_^
I stop thinking about how other people are judging me by crowding out those thoughts with thoughts about what a good person I am, and how I love myself and deserve the best in life. When I expect that, I SEE that result. What other people think of me is none of my business.
What I do is make a list of things I like about myself when I get home. I also let out a nice cry if all of the negativity has built up. But if I am not home, I take a break and find a quiet area in school and read a nice book and get lost in it.
Focus on things about yourself that make you happy, soon enough you will stop caring about everyone else's opinion as you'll see that as long as you are happy, that's all that truly matters.

You cant stop thinking because the mind wonders, but what you can do is distract yourself and the thoughts will disappear. This technique is hard but not impossible.
You should remind yourself that what they think doesn't need to affect you. Remember that you are a beautiful person and you don't need to think about how people perceive you.
I ignore them completely because there is no other way. I can't go around and asking people not to judge me. They are going to judge me no matter what I do, so the only way I know is ignore them. After that, you will realize that when we stop care, they will stop on their own because no matter what, it doesn't affect us anyway. It's not a fun game for them anymore.
I got so tired of myself and just said "you what let them think what they want to think I am myself and they can think what they want as long as I know the truth and that is what matters cause in the end they are the ones who will me wrong
Wear something new! Cut your hair! Flaunt your style, and make yourself appear confident. Once you MAKE yourself do it, you will KEEP on doing it. Then you will be at the fabulous level of a unicorn.
You can start by asking yourself why you care what others may think about you. You can also determine if your thoughts are fact or fictions. Identify your thought process errors.
