Who's business is it what your sexuality is? If you are comfortable "in the closet" then who cares!
Depends on how you feel about staying in the closet. Do you want people to know about your orientation and/or your gender? Does it matter how they feel about you? It's not a bad thing to not want others to know. Telling people is a personal choice.
