I personally use the transactive gender center. They send out newsletters on trans news and have an array of different support sites you can get to. For female to male transgenders, they have applications to receive free binders (for 17 years and under), and they have annual application weeks during each season!!

GLAAD, has some awesome sorceress, trans bodies trans selves, is an amazing book, lots of cities have cafes and places where trans people can come together, many of them offer free make up, binders, and assistance with hormones. Trans resources very widely by area, the internet and google really are your friends on this one.

The Trevor's Project 24/7 Lifeline at 866-488-7386 is a good resource. Another may be the Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860 . Some organizations include Gender Proud, Gender Spectrum, and TransLife Center at Chicago House to name a few. Go to http://www.glaad.org/transgender/resources for more information.
