I see that you would like him to spend quality time with you instead of working all of the time. It's disappointing for you to be in a marriage and not to have a partner dully engaged and emotionally available to you. You can address your concerns to him by discussing them with him, but there is no way that you can change him. He will have to make that decision himself. He may or may not ever make that decision. Him changing his ways depends on his current and future life experiences and how he decides to handle them.
