Can ghosting cause loneliness or anxiety especially if you wanted it to turn into something more? I been ghosted a lot on dating sites and I just want ways to learn how to cope with this.

Ghosting can cause loneliness and a sense of anxiety if you think about it too much. There's nothing wrong with being ghosted, so don't think too much about it. There are plenty of other opportunities for you. It's not worth your time to spend it on someone who leaves you feeling lonely or anxious. Just remember that sometimes it's ok to be anxious and understand that you're not alone. Feeling anxious is very normal, as to everyone else's insecurities. I think that you should take a break from dating sites and try meeting dates through mutual friends (if you're able to go out and socialize).
