Personally, I find that talking to my friends can reduce stress. Often times I just need to get everything off of my chest and discuss why I am stressed. I also find making to-do lists very helpful to visualize what I have to get done and watch it get crossed off. When I look at the list, I can see everything that needs to be done and start tackling it one thing at a time. It helps me to start with the tasks that take the least amount of time so I start to feel productive and motivated to complete the larger things on the list.
