I use to feel this way too sometimes! So I understand where you're coming from. It's important that you go to someone who makes you feel safe and secure when you're around them, someone you trust, and feel free to talk to them about how you feel. If this is someone who cares about you, they shouldn't be bothered that you are willing to make yourself vulnerable around them, they should feel honored that you trust them enough, feel safe enough, and think of them as a helpful, caring person to be brave enough to them about how you are feeling.
