You can remind yourself of what made you happy the first time and then do whatever that was again! If it was something you liked to do then maybe try doing it again because it might have been awhile. If it was a person you used to be with maybe you should just try to find someone else that is like them. Sometimes trying something new can really help you discover something else that makes you happy. So that is how Y O U make yourself happy!!!
Yes, you can be, even if it does not feel like it right now. In life, we can go through many ups and downs. We can go through periods of feeling quite sad and possibly depressed but there is always the possibility and hope of moving into a happy phase of life again. Life is not easy and happiness is not guaranteed because of the many challenges we face, it is important to remember that things are always changing and nothing stays fixed unless an individual is dealing with chronic depression. If you are not struggling with chronic depression - some say that happiness is not something to find but something to realize, it is something that can always be accessed with a change of perspective. It is something that always exists moment to moment if only we open our eyes to the opportunities that come up.
